The License Activation can be generated in two ways depending on the time when this action is initiated.
During Initial Installation
When the appliance is set up for the first time or following a factory reset, you can download the license activation request directly from the license setup screen within the initialization wizard.
While Using the 30-day Trial
If you choose to deploy a 30-day trial license, you can download the license activation request in the SBOX admin GUI as follows:
The system will generate the license request in the form of an XML file which you need to send to Gemini Support. We strongly encourage you to register on support.geminidata.com, create a new case, and upload the XML request. A support engineer will process your request and generate the production license.
