Error code Message Details
CPU0023 CPU < number > is absent. Verify processor installation. If present, re-seat the processor.
CPU0700 CPU < number > initialization error detected. System BIOS was unable to initialize the processor.
CPU0703 CPU bus initialization error detected. System event log and operating system logs may indicate that the exception is external to the processor.
MEM0000 Persistent correctable memory errors detected on a memory device at location(s) < location >. This is an early indicator of a possible future uncorrectable error.
MEM0001 Multi-bit memory errors detected on a memory device at location(s) < location >. The memory module has encountered an uncorrectable error. System performance may be degraded. The operating system and/or applications may fail as a result.
MEM0007 Unsupported memory configuration; check memory device at location < location >. The memory may not be seated correctly, misconfigured, or has failed. Memory size is reduced.
MEM0701 Correctable memory error rate exceeded for < location >. The memory may not be operational. This an early indicator of a possible future uncorrectable error.
MEM1205 Memory mirror redundancy is lost. Check memory device at location(s) < location >. The memory may not be seated correctly, misconfigured, or has failed.
MEM1208 Memory spare redundancy is lost. Check memory device at location < location >. Memory sparing is no longer available.
PSU0001 Power supply < number > failed. Power supply < number > failed.
PSU0002 A predictive failure detected on power supply < number >. System performance and power redundancy may be degraded or lost.
PSU0003 The power input for power supply < number > is lost. The power supply is installed correctly but an input source is not connected or is not functional.
PSU0006 Power supply < number > type mismatch. Power supplies should be of the same input type and power rating.
PSU0016 Power supply < number > is absent. The power supply has been removed or has failed.
PSU0031 Cannot communicate with power supply < number >. The power supply may operate, however power supply monitoring is degraded. System performance may be degraded.
PSU0032 The temperature for power supply < number > is in a warning range. System performance may be degraded.
PSU0033 The temperature for power supply < number > is outside of the allowable range. System performance may be degraded.
PSU0034 An under voltage fault detected on power supply < number >. This failure may be the result of an electrical issue with cables or subsystem components in the system.
PSU0035 An over voltage fault detected on power supply < number >. An over voltage fault detected on power supply < number >.
PSU0036 An over current fault detected on power supply < number >. This failure may be the result of an electrical issue with cables or subsystem components in the system.
PSU0037 Fan failure detected on power supply < number >. Fan failure detected on power supply < number >.
PSU0076 A power supply wattage mismatch is detected; power supply < number > is rated for < value > watts. Power supplies should be of the same input type and power rating.
PSU1201 Power supply redundancy is lost. The power supply tries to operate in a degraded state. System Performance and power redundancy may be degraded or lost.
PSU1204 The power supplies are not redundant. Insufficient resources to maintain normal operations. The current power operational mode is non-redundant because of a power supply exception, a power supply inventory change, or a system power inventory change.

Appendix E - Environmental Specifications

Temperature

Continuous operation 10°C to 35°C at 10% to 80% relative humidity (RH), with 26°C max dew point. De-rate maximum allowable dry bulb temperature at 1°C per 300m above 900m (1°F per 550 ft).

Expanded operation 10% of annual operating hours: 5°C to 40°C, 5% to 85% RH with 26°C dew point. For temperatures between 35°C and 40°C, the de-rate maximum allowable dry bulb temperature is 1°C/175 m above 950 m (1°F per 319 ft).

1% of annual operating hours: –5°C to 45°C, 5% to 90% RH with 26°C dew point. For temperatures between 40°C and 45°C de-rate maximum allowable dry bulb temperature is 1°C/125 m above 950 m (1°F per 228 ft).

Restrictions:

  • No cold startup below 5°C.
  • Maximum altitude of 3050 m (10,000 ft).
  • Redundant PSU configuration required.

Relative humidity operation 20% to 80% (noncondensing) at a maximum wet bulb temperature of 29°C (84.2°F)

Relative vibration operation 0.26 Grms at 5-350Hz in all orientations

Maximum shock operation 0.26 Grms at 5-350Hz in all orientations

Altitude operation –15.2m to 3048m (–50 to 10,000 ft); for altitudes above 2950 ft, the maximum operating temperature is de-rated 1 F/550 ft
